The head of the mortgage department of the company "Best-Novostroy" Nadezhda Stadnyuk reported that the capital's developers have begun to offer citizens mortgages with a reduced rate more often.
It is emphasized that the corresponding activity increased after the cancellation of the state program of preferential mortgages in Moscow and the Moscow region.
The expert commented on the situation as follows: “Approximately 85 developers are demonstrating a willingness to offer a low rate,” as reported by RIA Novosti .
According to Stadnyuk, about 70 percent of developers are ready to approve a grace period of up to five years.

The expert also calculated the percentage of corresponding sales to date.
Thus, according to the analyst, only five percent of mortgage offers with subsidies from the developer found a response from citizens.
The reason is that not all Russians find the lending terms attractive.
Among other things, citizens are afraid of taking out a loan with the subsequent impossibility of refinancing it at a higher profit.
