He explained that next year an agreement will be signed with the government on the creation of a comprehensive development zone near the resort.
The investor in the project, as Gref noted, will be Sberbank, which will take control of the infrastructure.
The multi-colored buildings, which the head of Sberbank called huts and Shanghais, will be demolished.
The area around the Altai ski resort will be given to investors of different levels.
It is planned that a top-level tourist cluster with hotels from two to five stars will grow around the resort.
The Manzherok zone will remain under Sber’s control, as will the general plan that will allow the recreation of the Altai nature.
