Let us recall that on May 8, the court granted the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office, which concerned the transfer of the property of the Makfa company to state revenue.
The co-defendants in this case were the former deputy of the Chelyabinsk region Mikhail Yurevich together with his father Valery and the former State Duma deputy Valery Belousov. In total, more than 30 different companies and 10 people acted as defendants in the case.
On July 30, the regional court upheld the decision made by the district court, and it entered into legal force.
On August 13, the court received a cassation appeal filed against a judicial act that had entered into force.
According to information from the defendant’s human rights defender, the assets of Makfa, Smak and the company’s other brands have already become state property.
