The Ministry of Finance is considering improving mortgage loan conditions for one category of Russians.
We are talking about public sector employees: doctors, teachers, rescuers and other specialists.
The agency has already developed a corresponding draft law, which is posted on the website of the federal portal of draft regulatory legal acts.
The Ministry of Finance proposes to introduce a fixed mortgage rate for young public sector workers.
It is proposed to set it at 12%. The difference will be compensated from the budget.
The department notes that this initiative will make civil service more attractive to the younger generation.
This program will operate in an experimental mode until 2027.
The cabinet of ministers may then bring up for discussion the possibility of extending the preferential program for civil servants.
