Almost a million migrants have left Russia since the beginning of 2024.
This information was shared by the director of the Migrant-Service platform, Andrey Kladov.
In a conversation with the URA.RU portal, he said that a mass outflow of migrants is currently being recorded in the Russian Federation.
Leaving foreigners refrain from returning to Russia.
And this is against the background of the fact that their average earnings in production range from 105 thousand to 150 thousand rubles.
The expert noted that there are currently a lot of offers for migrants. There are 10 vacancies for every foreigner, Kladov said.
The reasons for the outflow are related to the introduction of restrictions at the legislative level and domestic instability.
If this trend continues, Russia risks facing a labor shortage, the expert predicts.
For reference
A labour migrant is a person who is engaged in paid activity in a state of which he or she is not a citizen.
