The Russian Ministry of Health has proposed qualitatively new conditions for revoking pharmacies’ licenses to sell medicines.
If two or more violations of the rules for dispensing drugs are detected within a year, the pharmacy may lose its license.
The corresponding draft federal law is posted on the portal of draft regulatory legal acts.
The document proposes to supplement the Federal Law of 12.04.2010 No. 61-FZ “On the Circulation of Medicines”.
The explanatory note states that the new Article 83 will allow the termination of licenses for the retail sale of medicinal products.
The Ministry of Health explained that errors in registering medicines in special registration journals will also be taken into account.
