In Russia, the conditions for paying the funded portion of pensions are changing.
The changes will affect the expected payment period.
The corresponding law was approved by Vladimir Putin. The document was published on the state website .
In 2025, the term will be increased to 270 months (22.5 years).
The last change in this part was made in 2021. Then the expected period was increased to 264 months (22 years).
Thus, from 2025 this period will increase by six months.
The authorities made this decision based on statistical data concerning the life expectancy of citizens.
Next year, Russian pensioners will face another innovation.
From July 1, they will be able to receive electronic certificates containing a QR code to confirm their privileged status.
