Russians can significantly increase their pensions by continuing to work after reaching retirement age.
According to pension expert Sergei Vlasov, this will help increase pensions to 36%.
He stressed that such a decision should be considered before retirement, writes the Peterburg2 portal.
The expert explained that each additional year of work brings bonus coefficients.
If the pension continues to operate for five years longer, the fixed portion of the pension will increase by 36%, and the number of pension points by 45%.
The specialist emphasized that this method is available, but many do not use its capabilities.
The final amount of payments depends on the length of service, and the longer the length of service, the higher the pension.
