The citizen managed to obtain 26 loans on preferential terms.
The report was published on the website of the Accounts Chamber. According to it, 26 preferential loans are a record among other borrowers.
The behavior of a participant in the state program begins to be assessed as abuse with a much smaller number of loans.
Typically, you can take out up to 5 such loans within five years.
If a person takes out more preferential loans, it means he does not need government support to improve his housing conditions, the rules state.
At the same time, the Accounts Chamber established that more than 1.5 thousand Russians took out 5 or more preferential mortgages.
As for the total amount of loans, the record belongs to a Russian who received 196.03 million rubles.
During the period of the state mortgage, 115 thousand citizens took out 2 or more preferential loans.
The majority (62%) took out family mortgages, the agency’s report says.
