Expert of the online publication "TUT NOVOSTI", chef Yulia Arkhipova told about a simple recipe that can easily replace fried potatoes.
You need to take 500 g of potatoes, wash the tubers, peel and cut into bars. Then put them in boiling water for 5-7 minutes, then throw them in a sieve.
Next, you should put the bars in a deeper dish. Then you need to prepare the dressing.
It is made from 4 tablespoons of odorless vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of paprika and 1 teaspoon of ground pepper. Garlic powder can also be added for flavor.
The potatoes must be thoroughly mixed with the dressing so that the oil thoroughly coats each bar.
Next, you need to place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and put them in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
