You need to proceed as follows:
- remove leaves if there are any on the cabbage;
- put the head of cabbage in a bag;
- Hit the bag on the table several times.
After this procedure, portioned pieces will remain in the bag, which you will only need to boil or fry.
Boil the cauliflower for 10-15 minutes in salted water.
