Tomato paste is both a separate seasoning and an ingredient for many other dishes.
However, not everyone knows that there is one culinary trick with frying a product to make it even tastier.
Culinary expert of HERE NEWS, cook and fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova is ready to tell you why experienced housewives always resort to frying tomato paste.
How to Achieve Rich Tomato Paste Flavor
Heat a frying pan with a small amount of your favorite frying oil. Flaxseed, olive, corn or sesame oil will work.
Then put the required amount of tomato paste into the pan and fry for 3 minutes, remembering to constantly stir the mixture so that it does not burn.
After this, you need to add to the paste:
- salt and spices to taste;
- chopped greens;
- garlic passed through a press;
- some water.
Bring the dressing to a boil and turn off the heat. You will immediately feel the difference compared to standard tomato paste: the sauce will have a subtle aroma, and the taste will be much stronger.
