You can also make jelly from sour compote.
Another radical method will require additional ingredients. You need to add sweet berries and fruits, sugar if necessary, and water to the resulting sour drink.
The compote needs to be boiled again until ready. This method differs in that you will get even more of the drink and it will taste exactly the way you want it to.
