For a 4-liter multicooker you will need about 400-500 grams of pasta, 300-400 grams of minced meat, sunflower oil for frying the minced meat, 1 large onion, 1 carrot, 1 bell pepper or tomatoes, salt, pepper to taste, as well as bay leaf and fresh herbs.
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot, and at the same time heat the oil in the multicooker. After the oil has heated up, put the onion and carrot in there. Turn on the baking mode and wait until the onion is slightly browned.
Then add minced meat with finely chopped pepper and cook for another 15 minutes. After the meat is fried, add pasta and water. The water should be 1 cm higher than the pasta, turn on the pilaf mode for 30 minutes.
Pilaf
To make the pilaf not too fatty, the meat should not be fried, but steamed. You can also add some vegetables to taste.
So you will need:
- 1 multi-cup of any rice
- 400 grams of any meat (assorted meat is possible).
- 1-2 onions.
- 1 carrot.
- A glass of vegetable oil.
- Peppers or tomatoes.
- Salt, pepper, herbs and bay leaf to taste.
Rinse the rice at least 10 times and leave to dry (you can do it right in a colander). Cut the meat into small cubes, grate the carrots and chop the vegetables. Steam the meat using the appropriate function.
Using the "frying" or "baking" function, fry the onion with vegetables. After ten minutes, you can add rice, meat, and water (about 1 l). Turn on the "pilaf" or "stewing" mode, add salt and seasonings to taste, and after 40 minutes the dish is ready.
