- cauliflower – 500 g;
- low-fat cheese – 100 g;
- natural yogurt – 2 tbsp;
- herbs, salt, pepper.
Method of preparation
1. First of all, you need to separate the cauliflower into florets.
2. Next, they should be boiled in salted water for 5 minutes.
3. While the cabbage is cooking, grate the cheese on a coarse grater and finely chop the herbs.
4. Mix the cheese, yogurt, herbs, and then salt and pepper the ingredients.
5. Place the boiled cabbage in a baking dish and spread the cheese mixture on top.
