This recipe makes golden and lacy pancakes. They have a very simple composition - on water. No extra costs or calories.
Ingredients:
- 750 ml of water;
- 2 eggs;
- 300 g flour;
- 1 tbsp sugar;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Preparation
Add eggs, sugar, and salt to the sifted flour. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Slowly pour in water half a glass at a time. Mix and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and lumpy. In this case, you can use a mixer.
The dough should have a runny consistency. Leave it to rest for 15-20 minutes.
Next, fry the pancakes over medium heat. First, the frying pan should be well greased with vegetable oil and heated over the fire.
