To make a delicious soup you will need a number of products:
- vegetable broth – 4 cups,
- chopped celery - 2 cups,
- chopped red onion – 1 cup,
- butter – 4 tbsp,
- flour – 2 tbsp. spoons,
- cream - 1/4 cup,
- salt and pepper to taste.

If you put on an apron and laid out the products on the table, then you can safely start cooking:
1. Fry the onion and celery in a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of butter.
2. Add 1 cup of broth, then pour into a blender bowl and beat.
3. Place the remaining butter and flour in the pan. Start whisking until it becomes a paste.
4. Combine the vegetable mixture with the flour mixture. Then pour in 3 cups of broth.
