The right marinade
The right marinade will help you cook even the driest fish so that it literally melts in your mouth.
For a kilogram of fish you will need two eggs. Break them into a deep bowl and add 4 tablespoons of starch and the same amount of soy sauce.
Spices can be added to taste. However, be careful with salt. Soy sauce can be salty, so you will need a little.
Mix everything thoroughly and immerse the fish pieces in the marinade for twenty minutes.
After the fish, place it on a preheated frying pan and fry on both sides.
There is another marinade recipe that will make the fish incredibly juicy.
Add one teaspoon of salt and sugar to 300 milliliters of water. Put the fish in it for 15 minutes, then fry or bake.
Secret of preparation
When cooking whole fish, it is advisable to make small cuts on it.
Firstly, it will marinate better this way. And secondly, thanks to this, the fish will retain its shape and juiciness.
