Ingredients
To prepare the cake you will need the following:
- coconut flakes – 100 gr.,
- biscuit cookies – 300 gr.,
- boiled condensed milk – 100 gr.,
- powdered sugar – 2 tbsp,
- 33% cream – 250 ml,
- milk - 350 ml,
- flour - 1.5 tbsp. spoons,
- potato starch – 2 tbsp,
- sugar – 0.5 cups,
- butter – 100 gr.
Method of preparation
So, let's get started:
1. Place milk, starch, sugar, flour and vanilla (optional) in a saucepan. Cook for a few minutes over the fire until a thick consistency is achieved. After that, let the mixture cool and add butter.
2. Spread a small portion of the finished cream on the container. Place the broken cookies on top.
3. Grease the cookies with condensed milk, then create another layer.
4. Top with custard and then more biscuits.
5. Using a mixer, beat the cream with sugar. Spread the finished cream over the last layer.
6. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and then put in a cold place for several hours.
