Professional chefs encounter new recipes almost every day, while amateur cooks are usually limited to a narrower range of familiar dishes.
But breaking out of this vicious circle is very easy. Just take simple ingredients and slightly change the usual recipe.
To prepare juicy Spanish cutlets you will need the following products:
- minced meat – 500 g;
- kefir – 200 g;
- bulb;
- egg;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- sugar – 1 tsp;
- soda – 1 tsp;
- flour – 100 g.
Place the minced meat in a bowl, add baking soda, pour in kefir, add an egg, salt and add sugar.
Grind the onion using a meat grinder and add it to the mixture with minced meat. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Next, sift the flour into the minced meat and mix until smooth.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and put the cutlets in. Fry them until golden brown, then turn them over, cover with a lid, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve with sour cream and herbs.
