  • rice – 140 gr.,
  • raw almonds - a small handful,
  • granulated sugar - 50 gr.,
  • cardamom - 6 boxes,
  • water - 1.2 l,
  • salt - a small pinch.

Method of preparation

1. Place the almonds in a pan of boiling water. Keep them on the fire for a few minutes. Then pour cold water over them and peel off the skin.

2. Let the nuts dry and chop them with a knife.

3. Make flour from rice. Crush the cardamom with a knife, then mix it with rice flour, salt, and nuts.

4. Pour 800 ml of water over the nut mixture. Leave covered for 8 hours.

5. Begin adding granulated sugar and the remaining water in parts.

6. Blend in a blender, then strain.

7. Put in a cool place for 10 minutes!
