Ingredients

To make delicious bread you will need a number of products:

  • grated zucchini – 1.5 cups,
  • eggs – 3 pieces,
  • salt – 0.5 teaspoons,
  • almond flour – 1.5 cups,
  • tapioca flour – 0.5 cups,
  • coconut flour – 1/4 cup,
  • cinnamon – 1 teaspoon,
  • soda - 1 teaspoon,
  • apple puree – 0.5 cups,
  • maple syrup – 2 tbsp. spoons,
  • apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp.

Your actions

Are you ready to create a culinary masterpiece? Then let's go:

1. Combine all dry ingredients in a container.

2. Place eggs, vinegar, syrup, and puree in another bowl. Beat well.

3. Add grated zucchini to the egg mixture. Stir.

4. Mix the wet mixture with the dry one. Mix again.

5. Pour the dough into a greased pan.

6. Place in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for 1 hour.
