  • soda – 7 gr.,
  • kefir – 150 ml.

1. Add salt and baking powder to warm kefir. Mix, then add the egg. Mix again.

2. Add the sifted flour in parts. Knead the dough. It should be homogeneous.

3. Pour in the oil. Start kneading again until you get an elastic state.

4. Roll the dough into a ball. Make small cuts.

5. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave for 15 minutes.

6. Place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour. The bread should increase in size and acquire a golden hue.
