- lemon – 1 piece,
- butter – 40 gr.,
- broth – 250 ml,
- wheat flour – 2.5 tbsp,
- milk – 250 ml,
- dry white wine – 50 ml,
- salt – 1 teaspoon,
- granulated sugar – 0.5 teaspoon,
- white ground pepper – to taste.
