You can't fry an omelette without breaking eggs. This is the only universal advice. After that, everything depends on the whim of the chefs.

This makes the omelette a simple dish for those who love culinary experiments.

Expert of the online publication "TUT NOVOSTI", chef Yulia Arkhipova told how to cook a Bulgarian omelette.

One ingredient decides everything – feta cheese. It is this that enhances the creamy taste of the dish and does not allow the fluffy dish to fall.

To prepare, take 4 eggs, 30 ml of milk, 2 tbsp. butter, 100 g of feta cheese. You can also take green onions.

Grate the feta cheese on a medium grater, beat the eggs and combine the ingredients. Add milk and salt.

Heat the frying pan with butter and pour the mixture in. Fry for 7-10 minutes and sprinkle with onions or other greens.

In season, you can cut fresh tomatoes, which will make it even tastier.
