Gastroenterologist and nutritionist Nuria Dianova shared a comment on this topic.

In an interview with Radio 1 , she said that heat treatment would make chicken meat harmless.

The doctor advises using steam heat treatment. It will not only make the meat safe, but will also preserve all the useful substances.

You can simply boil the meat. But the primary broth should be drained to get rid of too high a quantity of extractive components, half-destroyed antibiotics.

It is recommended to cook the soup using secondary or even tertiary broth.

As for offal (hearts, gizzards, etc.), it is important to cook them for a long time.

Long stewing or simmering ensures softness. They do not contain harmful components, but these organs are tough, the doctor explained.
