Nutritionist reminds Russians how to stay in shape without exhausting diets

However, in reality, many diets do more harm than good.

Nutritionist Natalia Pavlyuk, in a conversation with Radio 1 , told Russians what alternative those who want to maintain their figure can use.

The doctor reminded that popular types of fasting that people find on the Internet can actually be dangerous for the body, since they last 1-2 months.

But fasting days are an excellent alternative to exhausting diets and at the same time promote weight loss.

According to the nutritionist, fasting days can have different focuses: protein, cottage cheese, etc.

At the same time, Pavlyuk called for focusing on the principle of "a plate of healthy food." It consists of dividing our dishes from which we eat into 4 parts.

Each part of the plate is occupied by healthy and necessary foods for the body: vegetables, fruits, protein products and foods containing starch.
