1. Bring the broth to a boil. If you don't have broth, you can use regular water.
2. Place the couscous in a separate bowl. Pour the broth over it.
3. Leave the couscous under the lid for 10 minutes. During this time, the grain will soften.
4. Fluff the couscous with a fork.
5. Add salt, pepper and olive oil.
6. Mix well.
