Egg marinade
Any, even the most stale meat, can be turned into a melt-in-your-mouth dish with egg marinade. And it is not necessary to resort to vinegar or even kefir: the dish can be prepared without the ingredients we are accustomed to.
To prepare it, you will need the following list of products:
- 4 eggs;
- 10 cloves of garlic;
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Press the garlic through a press or grate it, add all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour the resulting mixture over the meat and put it in the refrigerator. A couple of hours is enough for the meat to melt in your mouth after cooking.
