Cooking chicken is not that difficult, but making it really tasty is a real challenge for inexperienced cooks.
There are recipes that make meat more tender and flavorful.
One of these cooking methods was shared by the expert of the online publication “TUT NOVOSTI”, chef Yulia Arkhipova .
To prepare you will need:
- 1.5 kg chicken;
- 3 tbsp flour;
- 2 tsp paprika;
- 2 tsp pepper;
- 200 ml milk;
- parsley;
- 3 cloves of garlic.
Preparation
Divide the chicken into small pieces. You can use any parts.
Use a plastic bag to mix the spices and flour. Then add the chicken and mix well.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and put the chicken on it. Fry it for 20 minutes, turning it over periodically.
While the chicken is in the pan, prepare the sauce. Chop the parsley and press the garlic. Add these two ingredients to the milk and mix.
When the chicken reaches the desired condition, pour the sauce over it, cover with a lid and simmer for another 15 minutes.
