Despite the fact that this is a recipe for meatballs in a multicooker, this dish turns out to be just as juicy and tasty as in Soviet times.
Ingredients
- Minced meat (preferably pork) – 0.5 kg.
- Onion.
- Egg.
- Rice - half a glass.
- Mayonnaise (homemade will taste better) – 2 tbsp.
- Flour – about 2 tbsp.
- Sour cream – no more than 3 tbsp.
- A couple of tomatoes.
- Water – 2 tbsp.
- The standard set of spices is pepper and bay leaf.

All you have to do is load the minced meat balls into a saucepan and pour in the gravy, and our assistant will do everything herself and save you from standing at the stove.
The special thing about meatballs is that they are served in the sauce they were cooked in. Of course, you can experiment and pour some other sauce on them.

1. Prepare the gravy: mix flour, mayonnaise, tomato, and sour cream in a bowl. Pour in water and add a little salt.
2. For meatballs, pre-boil the rice and mince the onion. Then mix the rice, onion, egg, and minced meat.
3. Don't forget to add salt and pepper. Stir.
4. Form small meatballs and place them on the bottom of our multicooker.
5. Pour the sauce over the meatballs, add bay leaves. Select the "Bake" mode.
