Losing weight on fruits and berries: why not everyone succeeds and who is not suitable for this diet

You can often hear the opinion that in order to lose weight you need to eat fruits and vegetables, and berries in the summer. However, this is a very vague statement: such restrictions are not suitable for everyone.

Some will only ruin their stomach, but will not improve their figure. Yes, someone tolerates a fruit and berry diet calmly, but someone has real troubles from allergies to hysterics.

They feel like they can't get enough, and sliced kiwi makes them angry and snap at their loved ones.

Any diet should be a joy, and if it causes so much negativity, then it should be stopped.

Eating only fruits is actually unhealthy. These products are traditionally considered something like sweets, but how can you lose weight from sweets?

And there is nothing to say about the state of the body: not every person is able to take only oranges, bananas and strawberries. On the second day, many want normal, ordinary food: meat, milk, vegetables, salads, borscht.

There are also people who can’t stand fruit: they sincerely don’t understand why there is such a fuss around it.

From the above it is clear that any diet should be based on the personal preferences of the person losing weight. It is necessary to eat those products that a person can take without disgust.

For example, losing weight on kefir is ideal for dairy lovers: they do not go hungry, but calmly drink one of their favorite drinks. The same can be said about healthy treats: not everyone likes them.

Some people do not eat the "vitamins" offered by their parents, grandmothers, aunts and other kind relatives. Their organisms are not initially designed for pineapples, apricots and peaches. The aforementioned summer delicacies seem sour, disgusting and intrusive to them.

As for apples, there are some who really hate them, especially after the unreasonable words of a mother: "If you're hungry, go and eat an apple!"

It is also worth noting purely medical restrictions: people with diabetes, gastrointestinal problems, pregnant women and nursing mothers are strictly prohibited from going on a fruit and berry diet.

This is clearly not the food that is needed for high blood sugar and chronic gastritis. It is also undesirable for allergy sufferers to lose weight on berries: of course, unpleasant consequences are unlikely to arise after a banana, but after strawberries, raspberries or cherries - easily. Also, the concept of "allergen" includes tangerines, especially some local ones, not from Abkhazia.

Thus, losing weight on fruits and berries is not always possible. Yes, a certain lightness in the body will come, but not for long.

Nutritionists categorically do not recommend completely abandoning a balanced diet: it is the basis of any diet.

You don't have to starve or torment yourself, but live and eat calmly. A banal refusal from flour and confectionery products for a while is quite enough. And you don't have to eat fruits at all: in reality, they are not as healthy as people think.
