In winter, you really want to treat yourself to fresh fruits and vegetables, and culinary dishes using them.
These are not only vital and useful vitamins, but also psychological support: there is snow outside, and you are eating a pie with fresh tomatoes.
And it is not necessary to use complicated recipes, but today we will look at a not very simple recipe for a galette.

- butter – 100 grams
- heavy cream – 3 tablespoons
- wheat flour – 300 grams
- water – 0.3 liters
- egg yolk – 2 pieces
- large ripe tomatoes – 2 pieces
- onion – 1 piece
- parmesan or suluguni cheese – 200 grams
- olive oil – 5 teaspoons
- salt and a mixture of herbs – to your taste.
Preparation
Sift the flour into a bowl, add the spices and mix a little. Cool the butter and rub it into the same bowl, mix everything again.
In the prepared cold water, dilute the sour cream and add the resulting mass to the existing mixture. Knead the dough.
The dough needs to be wrapped in cling film or food foil and left in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
For the filling, chop the onion, fry it until golden brown, fry it in a mixture of olive oil and butter, choose the proportions yourself.
You can add balsamic vinegar and soy vinegar with your favorite spices to the resulting mixture, and now the filling can be removed from the heat.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out to a thickness of at least 8 millimeters, the edges can be made a little thicker.
Now lay out all the ingredients in layers, combining the juicier ones with the drier ones.
Fold the edges of the dough on the sides, grease them with egg yolk. Transfer the resulting semi-finished product to a baking sheet and place in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees for 40 minutes.
The dish can be served hot. Use sauces or hot drinks at your discretion.
