Vegetable oil - 3-4 tablespoons;

Salt, pepper and seasonings (such as paprika, oregano or rosemary) - to taste;

Garlic - 3 cloves (optional);

Now let's move on to cooking:

Peel and cut the potatoes. You can cut the potatoes or use whole potatoes, depending on your preference. The main thing is that the pieces are approximately the same size so that they fry evenly.

Place the potatoes in a large bowl and add the vegetable oil. Stir to coat each piece on all sides.

Add salt and spices, as well as finely chopped garlic for a more aromatic and vibrant flavor.

Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Place potatoes on a baking sheet covered with foil or parchment paper to prevent sticking.
