During the first six days, you need to drink one and a half liters of low-fat kefir and add 100 to 300 grams of any low-fat product.

You can use: greens, cucumbers, lettuce, apples, pears, potatoes, broccoli or rice. On the seventh day, you should only take kefir. At the same time, you can drink pure water and empty tea without restrictions.

It is necessary to exit the diet smoothly, food intake should be divided into 6-8 times and only in small portions. This will help the body return to normal and prolong the effect.
