Pollock is an inexpensive and widely distributed fish used to make crab sticks and other semi-finished products.
This fish is an affordable source of phosphorus and iodine. But not everyone likes it because of its poor taste. Pollock meat is fried, boiled, stewed, but it is not easy to make it really tasty.
Expert of the online publication "TUT NOVOSTI", chef Yulia Arkhipova told about the marinade that will make pollock tender and aromatic.
Marinade from two products
Break two eggs (category CO) into a deep bowl. Add pressed garlic (3 cloves). Whip it all up. The marinade is ready. This volume is enough for 700 g of pollock.
Before putting the fish into the marinade, you need to salt and pepper the pieces.
It is important that each piece is immersed in the marinade. The pollock should be well soaked in the mixture.
Place in the refrigerator for at least two hours or overnight.
