Ingredients
To create the first dish you will need a certain set of products:
- onion -2 pieces,
- water - 2 liters,
- beef broth – 8 cubes,
- salt and pepper - to taste,
- flour - ¾ cup,
- heavy cream - 1 cup,
- hard grated cheese - 1.5 cups.
Your actions
If you have purchased all the necessary products, you can start working immediately:
1. Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then add the cubes and cook over moderate heat for about 10 minutes.
2. Chop the onions and then add them to the soup. Reduce the heat. Cook for another half hour.
3. Add salt and pepper. Cook for 30 minutes.
4. Take half a glass of cold water and add flour. Stir until you get a paste-like consistency, and then add it to the soup. Continue to cook for about 25 minutes.
5. Add grated cheese and cream. Stir.
