When a person loves sweets, eats them in large quantities, sooner or later the question of giving them up arises, because a large amount of sugar has a negative effect on the body, in particular, the skin takes on an unhealthy hue, and the pancreas works at the limit of its capabilities.

But giving up sweets is just as difficult as giving up smoking or alcohol, when the addiction has become so strong that it is incredibly difficult to endure even one day.

If we talk about willpower, it is developed differently in each person, and there are people who do not have it at all. It turns out that giving up sweets is impossible?

Of course, this is not true. But we must remember that not eating sweets at all is also not a solution, as is a sharp and total refusal in one day from everything that contains sugar. The more rudely and harshly a person treats himself, the greater the likelihood of a breakdown and a return to the previous state.

Therefore, you need to start small, for example, spend one day a week without sweets or reduce the amount of sweets in your diet.

The easiest way is to give up sugar in its pure form, that is, do not put it in tea, coffee, homemade pastries, and also do not drink drinks that contain refined sugar, such as cola, latte, etc. This is already a big shift and achievement.

It is worth eating more foods that contain vegetable and milk sugar, for example, baked milk, fruits such as bananas and sweet apples.

Giving up sweets is not a tragedy, but a natural consequence, but you need to work on your head, your thoughts, and put your life in order. Often a person sweetens his bitter life, eats away some problems, and does not solve them.

When a person is under constant stress, anxiety, and cannot live normally and happily, he will never be able to improve his diet and give up sugar, because only sugar helps him keep himself in balance.

But as soon as a person sorts himself out, his problems, the need to drown his sorrows in sugar will immediately disappear.

Giving up sweets is a voluntary decision of a person. You can't judge anyone for eating buns and candies and scare them with various horror stories.

Sugar addiction is not as harmless and simple as it seems, but it is worth respecting a person’s choice.

Giving up sugar is possible only when a person understands that he really needs it, and not under pressure from someone, forcibly, because this will lead him to apathy.
