You need to do the following: Cut the stems of the spoiled greens by about half a centimeter.
Then boil the water and pour it into a container, immerse your greens there for a couple of minutes. The more noticeable the wilting, the longer you should keep the greens in boiling water, but no more than 3-4 minutes, so that they do not cook.
After bathing in hot water, rinse the greens under ice water. Such a contrast shower will make even the most wilted greens perk up.
