Finding out whether the chicken you bought from the store contains antibiotics can be quite difficult.

And if you don’t want to rely on the integrity of your chicken supplier, it’s better to be on the safe side.

Culinary expert of HERE NEWS, cook and fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova will tell you a recipe for a marinade that will remove all harmful additives from chicken meat.

Ways to remove harmful substances from chicken

There are three basic methods that will help make meat harmless and neutral.

The first is to soak the chicken carcass before cooking. One hour will be enough for this.

The second method is to prepare a special marinade that will “pull” all harmful substances out of the meat. To prepare it, take 3-4 tablespoons of salt or 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice and dissolve in water.

If you don’t have lemon at home, you can replace it with half a teaspoon of citric acid.

The third method is to cook it in a secondary broth. Everything is simple here: boil the chicken for 10 minutes, drain the water, add clean water and cook the chicken until done.
