Fish is a tasty and healthy dish.
But it has one drawback - a large number of bones.
Chef and culinary expert Yulia Arkhipova has suggested how to quickly remove all the bones from fried fish.
An effective method
This method is suitable if the fish is being cooked whole.
First, you need to remove the fins. Then turn the fish belly-side down and carefully remove the skin behind the gills.
Then, using a knife, you need to make a cut along the center line of the carcass.
As a result, the fillet will easily separate from the bones. We carry out a similar procedure on the other side.
Other tricks
When preparing crucian carp or crucian carp, you can also easily remove all the bones.
To do this, you need to make several cuts on the fish. They can be at a distance of five to ten millimeters. It is only important to cut the flesh to the spine.
This will ensure that the bones are cooked through well enough.
This fish also sometimes has a slimy smell. However, it can be eliminated by wiping the inside of the fish with vinegar or lemon.
