How to Make the Original Upside-Down Cheese Pie

Dairy-based pies are quite healthy and high in calories. In addition, if prepared correctly, they will be quite tasty.

And this applies not only to pies made from “sweet” dairy products; cheeses and cottage cheese are also great for many types of baking.

To prepare the classic Upside Down Pie, we will need the following products.

Composition of the dish

- hard cheese – 400 grams

- minced meat – 250 grams

- boiled rice – 200 grams

- canned champignons – 200 grams

- wheat flour – 2 cups

- soda or baking powder – 1 tablespoon

= chicken egg – 4 pieces

- red green beans – 400 grams.

Preparation

Grate the cheese on a fine grater and fry it together with chopped onion in a frying pan, gradually adding the minced meat.

Place all the prepared products in layers in a baking dish; the order of the layers is not very important, it only affects the appearance of the dish.

The pie is placed in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.

Then the pie needs to be given time to cool to room temperature and can be served.

The dish will not leave anyone indifferent, mainly due to the rather tasty, gooey cheese.
