Homemade pizza can be truly delicious.
However, few people manage to make the dough taste the same as in a restaurant.

Real Pizza Dough Recipe
The main secret without which pizza dough will not work is strictly following the recipe.
For the dough for 1 base, take 142 grams of flour, 72 grams of water, 1 gram of yeast, 5 grams of sugar, 2 grams of salt, 5 grams of vegetable and olive oils.
The base is prepared as follows:
- Place yeast, sugar, salt and oils in warm water, mix the ingredients thoroughly;
- after 5 minutes, gradually add water to the flour, knead until smooth (it should be smooth and elastic and not stick to your hands);
- leave the dough in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours;
- After this time, roll out the dough and put the filling on it.
Remember that it is best to stretch the dough with your hands so that the carbon dioxide comes out of the middle and the edges are airy. Bake the pizza base at the highest temperature.
