Even in winter, by running around different stores, you can find a lot of vegetables and fruits that arrived in our country fresh.
So why not treat yourself to a dish that will, if only psychologically, take us back to summer for a little while.
Let's look at the classic okroshka recipe.
Compound
- kefir – 1 liter
- radishes – 6 pieces
- tomato – 1 piece
- parsley and dill – 1 bunch each
- green onions – 7 pieces
- garlic – 3 cloves.
Salt, ground black pepper, vegetable oil and other spices and seasonings can be added to taste.
Preparation
If the cucumbers are too ripe, they need to be peeled and cut into cubes. The radishes can be cut into rings or then chopped into halves.
Place the vegetables in a separate bowl and add a little salt; after a while they will release juice, and this will happen in 10-15 minutes.
Pour boiling water over the tomato and carefully peel it off, cut the pulp into small cubes.
Chop the herbs, add salt and pepper, add vegetable oil and chopped garlic, mix everything thoroughly.
Combine all prepared ingredients in one container, pour in kefir and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Serve the dish cold. Enjoy your meal!
