For half a liter of kefir you need to add 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of soda.
Next, mix the resulting mixture with 2 tablespoons of flour.
The resulting dough should be placed in a frying pan and fried for 1-2 minutes in vegetable oil.
