Culinary expert and chef Yulia Arkhipova explained exactly when and how to add zucchini to an omelette.
According to the expert, it will be enough to arm yourself with one large zucchini.

First, you will need to prepare the omelette. To do this, arm yourself with four eggs, salt and spices to taste.
Take 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 80 grams of hard cheese, 1 tomato and herbs if desired.
Rub the frying pan with vegetable oil and then heat it up.
In a bowl, mix sour cream, eggs, and finely chopped greens. Add the previously grated and juiced zucchini to the resulting mixture.
Place the preparation in a frying pan. Place the tomato cut into slices on top, sprinkle with grated cheese. Fry for about 5-7 minutes.
