Vegetarian omelet recipe
To prepare this dish you will need:
- 200 grams of tofu;
- 140 milliliters of soy milk;
- 6 tablespoons potato starch;
- 3 tablespoons each of olive and vegan oils;
- 1 teaspoon yeast;
- half a teaspoon of salt;
- black pepper and spinach to taste.
Mash the tofu and add it to a blender with all the other ingredients, blend thoroughly.
Heat the frying pan, pour the mixture into it. Turn it over, put the filling on one half of the omelette and cover it with the other half.
The filling for this omelette can be greens, vegetables or vegetarian cheese.
