As the specialist emphasized, it is extremely important to adhere to a simple methodology.

First, place the eggs you are going to soft-boil in boiling water.
Leave the burner on high, do not lower the temperature. Cook the eggs in boiling water for seven minutes.
While the eggs are boiling, fill a deep bowl with cold water. Add ice if possible.
After 7 minutes, remove the eggs from the boiling water and immediately plunge them into ice water. Tap them lightly with a spoon – the shell should crack slightly.
Wait two minutes, then feel free to peel the eggs. The cold water that has penetrated into them will make the whites more dense and structured.
