How to cook shrimps correctly
There are five important points that must be taken into account when cooking seafood.
First, frozen seafood must be defrosted before cooking. To do this, place it in cold water or leave it in the refrigerator for a while, and then defrost it at room temperature.
Secondly, only fresh-frozen products are boiled, since boiled-frozen shrimp are already ready for consumption, they only need to be scalded with water.
Thirdly, it is best to cook shrimp in the shell, since this eliminates the possibility of oversalting them.
Fourthly, keep in mind that seafood cooks almost instantly. Small shrimps will need 1 minute, slightly larger seafood will need about 1-2 minutes, and the largest specimens will be ready in just 3 minutes.
And fifthly, it is best to cook shrimp in sea water. However, if this is not possible, sea salt should be added to them.
