Secret of preparation
You will need one hundred grams of rice. First, rinse it with cold running water. It is advisable to do this several times.
Then transfer to a large container that can be used in the microwave.
Add 150 ml of boiling water and salt to taste to the rice. Then stir and cover with a plate or a lid.
Place the rice in the microwave and turn it on for five minutes at full power.
As a result, this rice is ideal for peppers or cabbage rolls.
However, if you increase the time by a couple of minutes, the rice will be completely cooked.
How to cook rice correctly
To make rice crumbly, it needs to be cooked properly.
It is advisable to cook rice in a saucepan with a fairly thick bottom. It will heat evenly and the rice will not burn.
First, add salt to the water and wait until it boils. Then add rice and stir only once.
As soon as the water begins to boil vigorously, reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid.
It must not be opened during cooking. Wait for about 20 minutes and turn it off.
